High-Functioning Professionals

Sometimes you wonder if anyone really knows you outside of your achievements. You work hard (in fact, harder than most) but can’t ignore that aching somewhere inside saying there has to be more than this, right? You long for meaningful relationships but find it hard to connect with others on a deeper level.

I help high-functioning professionals cope with stress, make space for what’s really important, and identify barriers that keep them stuck.

Highly Sensitive People

You were likely described by teachers or caregivers as shy, anxious, and creative. You prefer to observe before participating and notice things most people don’t. Whether you grew up hearing “stop being so sensitive” or have internalized shame from a parent’s sigh, you’ve long wondered what’s wrong with me?

I help HSPs (who make up 15-20% of the population!) understand themselves better and learn to recognize and celebrate their many strengths.

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents

If you grew up with an emotionally unavailable or unpredictable caregiver, you may have enduring feelings of anger, loneliness, anxiety, or fear of abandonment.

Types of emotionally immature parents include rejecting (dismissive or derogatory), passive (conflict avoidant or neglectful), driven (obsessed with image and perfection), and emotional (reactive or unstable).

I help adults process unresolved childhood trauma and learn how to create the types of relationships they did not have modeled but deserve and desire.

People Pleasers

The fear of letting other people down is debilitating. You’d rather suffer silently than risk someone’s disappointment or judgment. Ironically, no one judges you more than yourself. The pressure of trying to do and say all the right things leaves you feeling exhausted, resentful, and burned out.

I help people pleasers learn how to set boundaries, advocate for their needs, and fully exist in their own lives.
